I have now been on LighterLife for 13 weeks and I have lost 3 stones and 6 pounds (48 pounds) and I am obviously very pleased with this.
LighterLife is a rapid weight loss diet. You go to a weekly counselling session and buy your weekly food. You have to eat 4 food packs a day and drink 4 litres of water. Your daily calories amount is 500. On this diet your body quickly goes into ketosis and you do not experience hunger. It is a diet for obese people and is not suitable for anyone who has less that 3 stones to lose.
It's very good because it's fast. The best way if you have lots of weight to loose. I still have about 5 stones to loose and as long as I stick to the diet I should have lost this by September.
When the weight is lost they teach you how to eat sensibly and keep the weight off.
